Lynda Gratton visits Japan

Lynda Gratton has been in Japan this week, talking to Japanese media about her latest book, The Key, and catching up with members of the Future of Work Research Consortium.

Lynda started the week by attending a FoW workshop hosted by Kokuyo, where she talked to consortium members about the key global trends affecting today’s organisations. She also met representatives from a number of other Japanese companies who gathered at a special evening event to hear presentations from Lynda and Kokuyo CEO Mr Kuroda.

After the FoW event, Lynda also caught up with Mr Tadashi Yanai, the founder of Fast Retailing, to talk about his approach to leading a 21st Century organisation before being interviewed by Nikkei and NHK Japanese TV.
