Future of Work
FoW is widely acknowledged as one of the most innovative and collaborative forums for exchanging insights, models and concerns about the future of work on a global scale. It unites academic research and organisational practice to deliver a unique multidisciplinary experience..
There are many benefits of being a member, and the three key ones are:
- Cutting-Edge Research
- Collaborative Methodology and Technology Platform
- Focus On Getting From Ideas to Action
Led by Professor Lynda Gratton and Dr. Julia Goga-Cooke, our world-class research team has worked with over 78 multinational organisations to explore the future of work. We use a blended methodology of face-to-face events and cutting-edge online technologies to bring together a global community of executives and to deliver a unique multidisciplinary experience.
We strongly believe in the wisdom of the crowd, and that collaborative intelligence is more powerful than isolated research. Our FoWlab Jam platform connects thousands of employees in real-time conversations to create actionable solutions to internal challenges.
Our research not only helps your organisation better prepare for the future, but also makes full use of one of your most valuable resources: your employees. We have designed a highly creative process to engage a diverse range of people in a collective experience.
The research has built a significant knowledge base around the forces that will shape the future of work, as well as cases on future-proofed company practices from around the world. It continues to build models and theories that help academics and executives understand the future with more clarity.
Membership for the fifth iteration of the consortium is now open. If you think you'd like your organisation to take part, please contact Tina Schneidermann.
